The final meeting of the 2011 calendar year was opened by the MTC president

There will be no formal minutes submitted from the MTC meetings during the Tokyo World
Championships. The brief content of those meetings, primarily new elements evaluations, will be
contained in FIG MTC Newsletter 26.
