Federations with a gymnast selected as Wild Cards will not be entered into the draw, but will be
reserve judges should Federations elect not to accept their allocated position.

Some sections of CoP 2013-2016 were reviewed:

f. Section 13 Floor Exercise
g. Help Desk
It was agreed that Help Desk will be updated one more time before the end of XIIth Cycle.
New information to be included is:
Clarifications on UB.
On flight elements from HB to LB, a fall will be considered part of the element if occurs
before passing vertical line of LB. If already passed the vertical line of LB, and then
gymnast hit the mat or fall, the deduction will be applied to the glide (of kip).
Only giants without turn will be considered as empty swing if they do not finish in the 10º
from vertical. If close bar elements without turn (such stalder, etc.) do not reach the 10º
from vertical, but finish in support, A- value will be awarded (element in the code). The
reference is 45º of shoulder from vertical support over the bar.
If intermediate swings have bent legs or hit the bar, deduction will be only for intermediate
swing (-0.50).
Clarifications on BB.
BB- Gainer dismount without turn must land in line with beam, otherwise is considered as
side dismount.
BB- Gainer dismount with turn must land at least with one feed in line with beam, otherwise
is considered as side dismount.
Illusion with turn. Foot must complete turn as well as hips and shoulders.
Turn on one foot with free leg held bwd with both hands. If free leg drops before
completing turn but is maintained above horizontal, recognize as C- as element 3.302.
Same principle applies for turns with free leg held upward in split position.
Clarifications on FX.
Tan Sixin. Example of fall on FX. If gymnast falls but cannot stop, and following there is
another fall (no element in the middle), deduct only 1.00 for one fall.
