1. Approval of Minutes: St. Petersburg November 2011: Approved
2. Recommendations for Olympic Games:
a. The official carpet used in the Test Event was new and therefore very slippery
(several gymnasts slipped during competition). The "slippery" effect decreases with
use. Perhaps use the same carpets for the Olympic Games that were used at the
Test Event.
b. Increase distance between the panel judges and raise their table slightly
c. Lower the "wall" of the Control panel slightly to increase vision of the front line
d. Podium training: for countries with individual and Group, combine in one session;
countries with only individual OR Group, combine together (so that one single
gymnast is not on the floor for 18 minutes alone which is too demanding on her and
there is also empty time while she recovers after each exercise)
e. Judge nominations
3. Code of Points 2013-2016: Analysis and final revisions
4. Judge Upgrades:

5. Miscellaneous:
a. During the RG TC meeting in St. Petersburg, the University of St. Petersburg
prepared methodological preparation dvds (in Russian and English) for rhythmic
gymnastics and presented them to the RG TC for review. The RG TC will send to
the FIG/FIG Academy with its recommendation. The University is willing to prepare
further materials for other body groups if the FIG is interested.
b. Maria Gigova will replace Shihoko Sekita as the FIG delegate for the World Cup in
Pensa.
