Line Judges and Timers will be supplied by the LOC, unless they decline
Judges' Draw: Team countries will be drawn first for Comp. I
All judges will be in the pool will judge at least one phase of the competition
Judges' Instruction: All TC members should prepare 1D and 2E routines for the instruction

A document with all MTC recommendations for the 2013 Code of Points was compiled and will be
sent to the MTC president outside of this document.

Two documents were created containing details regarding the decisions and recommendations
made at the two joint meetings:
Kym DOWDELL documented general rules (MAG & WAG) for the 2013-2016 Code of Points. The
rules will be the same in most cases.
Nellie KIM documented proposals for the FIG EC regarding the Technical Regulations, World Cup
Series, and Judges' Rules.
FIG EC member & Competition Commission President Wolfgang WILLAM attended one joint
meeting where he presented the details of the World Cup series and participated in the discussions
regarding improved harmonization (MAG & WAG) of the 2013-2016 Code of Points, particularly the
vault apparatus.
One topic discussed (World Championships):
For artistic gymnastics, it is understood that 24 hours prior to the beginning of Competition IV,
federations can replace gymnasts, but only from the max. 6+1 accredited at the time of 24 hours
prior to Competition I. How many medals should be awarded to a team that used 7 gymnasts in
the overall competition?
