Steve BUTCHER-
Pan American Games- his final competition as president of the PAGU MTC, joined by
Adrian Stoica on the superior jury. Brazil won as the men's team champions for the first
time in their history. The competition was very well run by the members of the Mexican
Federation. The only problem was related to the very late booking of the original airline
tickets for judges and technical delegates, not a responsibility of the gymnastics federation.
The public was very appreciative of all gymnasts and countries. One yellow card was given
for a coach's inappropriate behavior, to be formally reported to the FIG office.
Jaime Corredor (COL) was elected as the new PAGU MTC president
Steve Butcher (USA) is the new PAGU VP (North America)
Butcher is making the final edit recommendations for the FIG Judges' Education program
by Douglas Hills, more than 200 hours of work went into the editing so far

FIG technical delegate for the Pan American Games- especially impressed by the passion
shown by all of the competitors. The efforts of the Mexican Federation, their president, and
Naomi Valenzo were recognized. Congratulated the returning and new Pan Am authorities
from their recent Congress.

Review of new procedures for use of IRCOS
Reminded members to send in their E jury analysis from the Tokyo World Championships
New project- all members create a report of all D scores that differ from those of the
supervisor at the 2011 World Championships for review. The MTC secretary will create a
uniform spreadsheet for all members to use
