1. Greetings, announcements, information
The WTC President welcomed all the members to our meeting in Amman. The schedule was
confirmed.
General Secretary of the Jordan Gymnastics Federation, Mrs. Nuha Hattar, welcomed the
members to Amman.
The WTC President informed the members that FIG EC member, Wolfgang Willam will attend a
joint meeting between the Men's and Women's Committees.
2. Approval of the Agenda
The agenda was approved.
3. Confirmation of the Minutes
The WTC approved the Minutes of the meeting held in Seoul, Korea 5

4. 2013 ­ 2016 WAG Judges Specific Rules
4.1
Principle for Moving more than one Category Level
- The principle when moving from Cat IV to Cat II OR Cat III to Cat I after passing the
examination is that the competition experience must occur after the examination in the
current cycle.
4.2
Line and Time Judges
- The WTC reconfirmed that line and time judges at World Championships will be considered
as an active judge position for International Competitions Group 2.
- For the Olympic Games, for Second Qualification (Test Event) for OG and Youth Olympic
the line and time judges will be considered as an active judge position for International
Competitions Group 4.
- The WTC does not agree that for the Second Qualification for OG (Test event) the line and
time judges should come from the host federation. The event should be considered similar
to the World Championships and all participating federations should have the possibility to
be drawn into judging panels.
