a. Number of participating countries: Pesaro (35), Kalamata (22), Nizhniy Novogord
(10), Portimao (34), Kiev (30), Corbeil (31); remaining: Sofia, Tel Aviv, and Tashkent
b. General note: In cases of insufficient judges, the OC is responsible for inviting
neutral judges. In case the OC has invited neutral judges which exceed the
sufficient number of participating judge, the neutral judges can participate in the
Finals.
