1. Opening of Meeting
HK welcomed all TC Members to the KK Central Hotel in Prague and opened the meeting at
9.00h on May 5
th

2. Approval of Agenda
Agenda approved.
3. Approval of the Minutes of the last Meeting
Minutes approved as a true record of the last meeting.
4. Report by the TC President
HK reported of the meetings with the Executive Commission.
At the meeting, in February, it was decided that for finals, there will be tie break only at the
Olympics. There will be no tie break anymore at World Games and World Championships.
The introduction of the reference judge was decided.
Another meeting in March was about the marketing of Gymnastics. One item demanded that
the World Cups should be set in a calendar.
IRCOS should only be used in case of inquiries and Superior Jury should also act only in case
of inquiries.
HK is of the opinion that this is in contradiction to the Tech.Reg.in case of a grave error and
will propose at the next EC Meeting in May to clarify what a grave error of judgement is.
5. Reports / Tasks on/at past future Events
The first World Cup using the time of flight happened in April in Varna, Bulgaria.
VZ was the FIG representative. He proposed that 2 Technical Delegates of the TC should be
present during the first year of the introduction of the time of flight. VTimer was used as a
backup for video. VZ recommends that FIG buy this program or similar version for each FIG
TRA-TC Member.
TC must have specifications on what type of camera and which format should be used, how
the videos should be installed in order to ensure common functionality from competition to
competition.
We already had to cancel the World Cup for TUM-W in Varna, BUL. It looks like the same
thing will happen at the World Cup in Kawasaki, JPN. A TC proposal for next year was made
to allow a maximum of 4 World Cups a year in TUM and 6 World Cups for TRA. A seventh
World Cup could be accepted in case of a competition with big sponsor visibility.
