POR asked why the word «gymnast» was used instead of «athlete».
Norbert Bueche explained that we wanted to have the same wording as the IOC, which is suitable
for men as well as for women.

Art. 14.6 Restriction/Limitation of Voting Rights
New rule for limiting voting rights to two people, by favoring those elected by the assembly.
Subsequent articles will be renumbered accordingly.
