2. CONFIRMATION OF THE DELEGATES
Before proceeding with the roll call, the Secretary General indicated that the members of the
FIG authorities who represent their Federations must be authorized to vote on their behalf (article
11.17.1). These members are Georges Tatai (AUS), Farid Gayobv (AZE), Jacques Rey (FRA), Saif
Abouedel (KUW) and Mustapha Zekri (MAR).
Decision: The request was approved.
André Gueisbuhler pointed out that during voting, each Federation could cast one, two, or even
three votes, based on the Federation's active participation in the World Championships and the
World Gymnaestrada. The Executive Committee has approved the electronic voting system. The
cases will be distributed during roll call along with the ballots.
