Evaluation
The Committee discuss the possibility that the evaluation form can be answered online. Like in the
previous editions of the World Gymnaestrada a different evaluation form will be presented to the
Head of Delegation and another one to every group leader.
National Stands
MS and TA are the responsible Committee members for this area. The issue will be discussed
during the next joint meeting.
Special attention will be delivered to the available time for preparing the stand in advance and the
opening hours during the week of the event.
IOC Museum
Regarding the World Gymnaestrada exhibition to be presented at the IOC Olympic Museum many
materials are being received from the Federations that have organised a World Gymnaestrada.
The preparations are running according the plan.
FIG 130 years Anniversary
At the EC meeting held in October 2010 the question about promoting FIG's celebration of 130
years was raised. The Committee discuss the different possibilities and we have different ideas
how to do this.
Bulletin 4
The GfA Committee has finalised the review of the proposed Bulletin 4 by the organising
Committee. This bulletin will be available for all Federations on Intranet in the end of November
2010.
ˇ World Gymnaestrada 2015
Former GfA Committee members who are now FIG Honorary members will receive a special
invitation letter to attend the World Gymnaestrada 2011.
Planning, time schedule
The Organising Committee of the World Gymnaestrada 2015 will be attending the World
Gymnaestrada 2011 for observation and will also be part of the evaluation meeting.
The World Gymnaestrada 2015 OC has presented to FIG a logotype proposal.
A draft time schedule from now until the evaluation meeting after the World Gymnaestrada 2015 is
prepared.
ˇ World Gym for Life Challenge
Regulations
The GfA Committee discuss and finalise the draft of the World Gym for Life Challenge Regulations.
This draft will be discussed during the Colloquium in Lisbon, 9-12 December 2010.
World Gym for Life Challenge 2013 - Planning, time schedule
A draft time schedule from now until the evaluation meeting after the World Gym for Life Challenge
2013 is prepared.
6. Education
The GfA Committee analyse in a global and integrated perspective and identifies the possible
Federations to host a Join the Gymnaestrada course and/or an FIG Foundation of Gymnastics
course and/or a GfA Colloquium in the next couple of years. A budget will be prepared and at the
next committee meeting, April 2011 this will be discussed again.
