1. Greetings and information session
Welcome by MTC president & overview of the agenda and work to be accomplished at this meeting.
2. Approval of the Agenda
The agenda was approved for this meeting.
3. Approval of the minutes of the meeting in Tel Aviv, ISR, 2010
The minutes of the last meeting in Tel Aviv 2010 were approved.

ˇ Information from MTC Members
Steve Butcher
He coordinated the PAGU Men's Jr. Training Camp in Colorado Springs, USA in December 2010.
The camp was sponsored by the FIG with support from USA Gymnastics, the US Olympic
Committee, and PAGU. He thanked the entire MTC for their assistance in creating Newsletter 25,
containing video links for the first time.
Edouard Iarov
He reviewed the PAGU Men's Jr. Camp in December 2010, where he was the invited expert. He
also presented a coaches' course in Finland since the last MTC meeting. He will be the FIG
technical delegate to the AT&T American Cup on March 5 in Jacksonville, Florida (USA). This is
the first World Cup in the new series, and scheduled for All-Around gymnasts only. Judges' panel
positions for supervisors and the D jury will be assigned and approved by the president during this
meeting.
Julio Marcos
He will be the FIG technical delegate for the upcoming World Cup in Paris (FRA). The ESP
Federation has a new president, Jesus Carballo Jr.
Sawao Kato
There is likely to be a Level 3 Academy to be held in Japan this June or July.
Liping Huang
Mr. Gao Jian (CHN) has resigned from his position on the FIG EC due to health issues. The
Chinese Federation will bid for the 2014 World Championships.
