1. Opening of Meeting
HK welcomed all TC Members to the International Cyclist Union in Aigle and opened the
meeting at 13.00h on 13
th
December.
The TRA-TC took the opportunity of being present to the first Academy Level 3 organized
for Trampoline, Tumbling and Double Mini-Trampoline.
2. Approval of Agenda
Agenda approved.
3. Approval of the Minutes of the last Meeting
Minutes approved as a true record of the last meeting.
4. Report by the TC President
HK reported of the meeting with the Competition Commission.
General Judges Rules for next cycle. The final document will be sent to the TC and then
the TC will have to modify the specific portion of the document.
He reported about the system of evaluation of the judges in real time at the competition. We
must have a version of the software to be tested by our next TC Meeting in May.
The reference judge score will come in effect at Worlds 2011.
SD will be working Douglas Hill with the Judges' Education Software.
5. Review of the Newsletter
A Newsletter has been produced in order to explain the procedure to follow in order to
evaluate a synchronised routine and the TOF in individual competition in case of failure.
The newsletter also included a reference about the situation of the repetition in Tumbling
that happened during women finals.
6. Equipment at World Championships
All the issues from the equipment observed at World Championships will be reported by HK
at the Executive Committee.
The next meeting is planned in Prague, CZE from May 5-7, 2011.
