He coordinated coaches' course in Finland with Edouard Iarov as the expert.
Adrian Stoica
Thank you to Steve Butcher (English author) and Julio Marcos (Code of Points placement &
Spanish translation) for Newsletter 25 which has received very positive feedback in the men's
community throughout the world. The addition of the YouTube video links to the newsletter
demonstrates the progress of the MTC.
He has had no international participation since our last meeting in Tel Aviv.
He will be present be at the upcoming Paris World Cup and European Championships.
He will attend an FIG EC meeting regarding Marketing and Media on March 23-25.
Request to all MTC members: Send all technical delegate reports from World Cups to Adrian
Stoica and the FIG office.
Note: The FIG 2011 Technical Regulations state that the MAG Junior ages will be 14-16 in 2013.
This is incorrect. The correct MAG Junior ages, starting in 2013, will be 14-17, and seniors
beginning at age 18.

Parallel Bars had the greatest deviations in judges' E jury scores. A review of the supervisor's
evaluation was performed by the MTC as a measure for clearer evaluation of the panels.

ˇ Judges instruction preparation
All TC members need to prepare 4-5 D jury exercises and 5-6 E jury exercises for presentation and
review, plus any doubtful issues that will be necessary to reinforce with each panel as part of the
general instruction. Be prepared to present this material to the entire MTC at the July meeting.
