FISU Universiades
MG thanked SL and WH for bringing videos of routines from their national competitions.
In order to have common STEP FIG & UEG rules, the TC worked with Cristina Casentini,
the President of UEG AER TC and finalized the mini-guide that will be used next
Universiade.
A final version will be published and distributed very soon on FIG web site.
The TC gave expert marks of Aerobic dance videos of Russian and China Championships
brought by SL and WH whom has been thanked by MG.
Concerning Universiade 2013 in Kazan (RUS), SL reported that, at this time, Aerobic
Gymnastics is not included yet as a sport. The President of the Russian Aerobic
Association must meet the responsible person from the Russian Students Sport Union
(RSSU) next month on this matter.

WORLD GAMES 2013
Regarding the information given by the FIG Secretary General, André Gueisbuhler, for next
World Games, the TC took into consideration the situation of Aerobic Gymnastics all around
the World, the level of the performance of the gymnasts and FIG rules.
Except for Svetlana Lukina (RUS), all the TC members and Ana Macanita (athletes
representative), voted in favour of keeping the INDIVIDUALS, according the reasons
given below.
TC would like to thank IWGA for having increased the number of
Aerobic Gymnastics participants (from 104 to 140) and would like
to take this opportunity to include 6 teams of Aerobic Dance.
Reasons for keeping INDIVIDUALS:
ˇ The INDIVIDUAL CATEGORIES in all competitions (continental
and World Championships) have the highest number of the
participants and the highest number of FIG Member Federations.
The table and the graphic present the situation of the number of
participants in the World Championships 2010 in Rodez (FRA) in
each category.
The analysis of the continental championships should identify similar results.
ˇ The level of the performance of the Individual categories is always higher than the level of
the other categories
ˇ The new elements are always created by the Individual categories.
ˇ The cancellation of the Individuals does not conform with the FIG TR for this cycle:
