1. Greetings, announcements, information
The meeting was opened by Donatella Sacchi due to the delayed arrival of the WTC President.
2. Approval of the Agenda
The agenda was approved and the items requested by the President via an email to the Vice-
president were discussed first.
3. Confirmation of the Minutes and control of the decisions
4. Information and Correspondence from the WTC President and members:
Competition Commission and EC meeting;
Information regarding the topics below was presented to the WTC

Later, a common MAG and WAG Motion was prepared to then be submitted to the EC regarding:
ˇ Meeting with the AER TC; Short report of participation in this meeting and discussion;
a) Education of the judges in the evaluation of artistry
b) Application of the deductions for Artistry in Aerobic and Acrobatic Gymnastics
ˇ Federations and Unions
UEG, Russia VT recognition. Refer to NL#31
Qatar Judges' course (Donatella Sacchi led this course with only 7 participants.
It was an educational course).
