1. Greetings and Information Session
The FIG Competition Committee will be meeting next week. The Presidential Commission has
made a formal request for the TC's to harmonize the general rules within men's and women's
Code of Points and Technical Regulations for the 2013-2016 cycle. Both the MTC and WTC will
begin that process during the joint sessions this week.
2. Approval of the Agenda
The MTC approved the meeting agenda.
3. Approval of the Minutes of the MTC meeting in Ottawa, 8-11 July 2010
The MTC reviewed the minutes from the last meeting. The minutes were approved.

Istvan Karacsony-
Mr. Karacsony attended the World Cup in Osijek (CRO) as the FIG technical delegate. There were
some computer scoring problems. There was live television and a good amount of spectators.
The Hungarian Federation will have a new president soon. The MTC formally extends
congratulations and best wishes to 1988 Olympic gold medalist gymnast Zsolt Borkai, named new
Hungarian Olympic Committee president.
Julio Marcos-
The ESP Federation is in the process of determining a new president.
Mr. Huang-
He attended the Asian Games in Guangzhou (CHN). There were some judges' credentialing
problems. Overall it was very high level competition.
Steve Butcher-
Mr. Butcher attended the World Cup in Glasgow (GBR) as the FIG technical delegate. There was
live television for the finals and a full audience in the arena. The venue had no podium. The
scoring system had video review possible for judges, similar to IRCOS. World Cups may be the
first time that a judge acts as an apparatus supervisor while actually sitting with the D jury judges.
