6. Symposium "Code of Points"
Preparation of the Symposium
The WTC wants to request that those people with the highest knowledge from different
Federations
attend the symposium, not just a representative.
Decision was to send a questionnaire with some topics to the Federations for them to fill it.
- Federations should receive the synopsis and the agenda by May 20.
- Federations may send their proposals even though they do not attend the symposium.
- Federations will have a limited time to make their presentations
-The WTC will submit the questionnaire to scientific people and request suitable presenta-
tions.
7. NL#31 and "Help desk"
Confirmation of the information included in the "Help Desk"
- NL #31 and the 3
rd
version of the "Help desk" will be published on the FIG website
8. COP
ˇ The WTC President presented the material regarding "Artistry" from the AER and ACRO
COPs. The terminology used and definition of terms may also be taken into consideration
by WTC and included in the next version of the Help Desk or in the appendix of the COP.
ˇ The NED proposal regarding the definition of Artistry in the WAG Code was also presented
and discussed.
Common MAG and WAG meetings as follows:
- The format studied by the WAG and MAG subcommittees was reviewed.
9. 2011 World Championships in TOKYO, JPN
ˇ The Daily Schedule was forwarded to all members and was considered as suitable at this
stage
