ˇ Numbers and Nations - 84 judges (including 8 D-Panel Judges and 8 Reference Judges)
represented 44 countries
- 3 countries with 3 judges (including the Reference Judges); ARG, AUS, JPN
- 27 countries with 2 judges: BEL, BLR, BRA, CAN, CHN, CZE (Including the
Reference Judge), COL, ESP, FIN (including the Reference Judge), FRA, GBR,
GER, GRE, HUN, ITA, , KOR, MEX, NED, POL, POR, ROU, RUS, SWE (including
the Reference Judge), SUI, UKR, USA, UZB.
- 13 countries with 1 judge: AUT, BUL, IRL (Reference Judge), ISL, ISR (Reference
Judge), LTU, NZL, RSA, SLO, SVK, TPE, TUR, VEN.
- 4 countries with D1 position, namely BLR, NZL, CAN, ROU
- 4 countries with D2 position, namely BUL, ARG, CHI, GER
The Reference Judges were officially present to the World Championships for the first time.
Among them 5 Category I and 3 Category II
Note: Including the D-Panel judges & the Reference judges, ARG had 4 judges, 3 operating
in the same phase of competition in different position.

ˇ Judges Review Session (Instruction) and Judges' Draw
The judges' Instruction and Draw were conveniently carried-out in a spacious and well
equipped room at the Competition venue "Ahoy Rotterdam".
The WTC used a prepared video to analyze selected elements, connections and full
exercises for D and E scores separately. The exercise notation and evaluation were
projected on the large screen by LCD projector, easily read and understood by all.
The new drawing procedures for the R and E - Panel judges, were clearly presented to the
judges and carried out step-by-step as per the procedures.
The slate of judges for the competition phases were immediately posted on the screen
through the LCD projector, followed by the distribution of a print out to each judge.
