The transportation will be arranged by the local OC. Some
representatives of the MEX Federation will welcome you at the airport
(providing you register the related information online in due time). Ditto
for the return.
For arrivals and departures on non official dates, the transportation from
and to airport will cost USD$20 per trip per person.
Visa
Should you need an official invitation letter for visa purpose, please file in
the related form available online from 22

Proposals and
candidatures from the
Federations
Proposals regarding the Statutes:
As per article No. 10.2 of the FIG Statutes, only the Executive Committee
is entitled to submit some proposals during the Olympic Year.
Candidatures:
(Elections as per item No. 9 of the Provisional Agenda)
The candidates must be nominated by their own Federation (of which
they must also be national). Please refer to the articles No. 11.15 and
No. 11.16.1 of the FIG Statutes.
The concerned Federations are requested to confirm in written that they
will be responsible for the costs involved in the duties of their elected
candidates. Furthermore they will send a curriculum vitae together with a
photograph for each candidate.
Candidatures for the 2014 Congress:
The Federations interested in organizing the 2014 Congress are kindly
requested to contact the FIG Office per email:

, in order to receive the complete bid file. The candidature
will be official as soon as we receive the contract duly signed together
with the related deposit, at the FIG Headquarters in Lausanne (SUI).

As per article No. 11.16.1 of the FIG Statutes, the proposals and the
candidatures must be sent to the FIG Office
5 months before the
opening of the Congress.
The proposals and the candidatures will be submitted online (ZIP file).
With regard to the online access, please refer to the procedure that is
mentioned under "Registrations".
Remark: any proposal and / or candidature that we shall receive after the
21
st
May 2012 will not be published. It will be considered as a late
proposal and / or candidature and will have to be accepted with a 2/3
majority at the opening of the Congress.
