Aerobic's Technical Committee "Report"

This report, which covers the work done in Aerobic Gymnastics between the last Congress in
Visoke Tatry, SVK, October 2010, and June 2012, summarizes the main activity of Aerobic
Gymnastics Technical Committee.
The highlights of this period are:
First published Aerobic code of points in FIG web site including all videos of the elements
pool.
Organization of the Symposium on the COP
Collecting the scientific researches made in Aerobic Gymnastics all over the world
First participation in the Universiade in 2011 (CHN) with the introduction of AERO Dance and
AERO Step by team
42 nations participating in World Championships and World Age Groups 2012 in Sofia (BUL)
Preparation of the first participation of Age Group 2 (15-17 years old) in the Gymnasiade in
2013 (BRA)

All TC meetings were conducted according to the calendar with the full support and very
appreciated collaboration from Ana Macanita (POR), the athletes' representative, who provided
an excellent work with the TC as well as with the athletes.
After completing two cycles, she is stepping down and handing over to
Aldrin Enrique
Rodriguez Garcia (MEX), who was elected unanimously at the last World Championships 2012
in Sofia (BUL) during the "Athletes meeting" attended by 60 athletes from 32 nations.
