Analysis
All TC Members have served as Delegates at the World Cups
High level of organization in the majority of hosting countries
Majority of host countries are choosing Category B due to the costs for Category A
Neutral judges consistently used in Finals
Many include senior and junior parallel tournaments with a high number of participants from
the majority of continents
Based on the high level of Junior participation and preparation at the World Cup level over
the past two years from the majority of continents, it is recommended that the FIG consider
including a Junior World Championships to the technical program for the new Olympic cycle
as further preparation and stimulation towards the Youth Olympic Games.
Proposals have been suggested for slight amendments to World Cup Rules
