Remark
According to the article No. 11.16.1 of the FIG Statutes, all proposals and
candidatures received in due time will be published in the "Special
Congress" Bulletin No. 222 of July 2012.
Registrations of the
delegates
Please refer to the article No. 11.8 of the FIG Statutes. The registrations
will be made online. Please refer to the homepage of the FIG website
www.fig-gymnastics.com
and proceed to the online registration by
entering your access code and password.
Provisional registrations: please mention the number of delegates
(maximum 4, including an interpreter if needed, however the Council
members are not concerned by the rule). The online system will be
available from
16
th
January 2012. If they are willing to do so, the
concerned Federations will be able to register the Council members at
the time of the online registration.
Unlike the FIG Council members, who will be enrolled by their respective
Federations, the members of the FIG Executive Committee will be
enrolled by the FIG and will not be considered as delegates, but as FIG
representatives, and will receive personal invitation letters.

Nominative registrations: please note the names of your delegates and
nominate the head of delegation among them. The online system will be
available from

May 2012.

August 2012 at the latest
The accreditations will be delivered at the time of your arrival. Therefore
we kindly ask you to please send us colour passport-sized photographs
JPEG format 45mm X 35mm, at the time of the online nominative
registrations. For those who will not have sent any photo, it will be
possible to take a photo at the time of their arrival on the spot, at the
price USD 10.-- / photo.
