Numbers and Nations - 57 judges (including 8 D-Panel Judges and 8 Reference Judges)

Judges' Review Session (Instruction) and Judges' Draw
The drawing procedures for the R and E - Panel judges were clearly presented and carried out
as per the procedures. For C-III the neutral R-judges were drawn. The exception was that
Cat.III judges were allowed to judge C-III because C-III was considered as a regular Test
event, whereas C-I was as per the World Championships rules.
Ircos Video System
The D-Panels were not allowed to use IRCOS in case of doubt or disagreement.
IRCOS was available for the WTC. Due to the modification of the program, it was very difficult
to find the scores in case of Inquiry. The scores were available only in the "CIS".
In order to find the D score it was necessary to go through the list of all participants' D scores.
COMPETITIONS NOTES
The temperature in the training hall was cold
SJ Table position and Inquiry:
It was not possible to control what was going on between the Main Jury table and the
Podium.
The Board in front of the Table was so high that the SJ could neither see the gymnast's
dismounts from the UB and BB, nor the judge's behavior (to control if they talk to each
other, etc.).
Music submission:
The request to the Federations to submit the FX music via internet has created problems.
The timing of some exercises was 3-5 sec. shorter, and for one gymnast the music
stopped after 45 sec. from the beginning of her exercise.
