IRCOS EVALUATION SYSTEM
The introduction of the IRCOS evaluation system was very significant. The system has been
improved over the years and successfully used at countless number of competitions.
Unfortunately some judges did not understand clearly that the Instant Replay and Control System
(IRCOS) was not introduced to replace the existing judging system by a video judging system.
In order to avoid abusive and excessive use and in order to guarantee the competition runs on
schedule, the use of IRCOS during this cycle was strictly restricted.
