These federations have been excluded by the Council for non payment of the
Membership fees for 2009 2011, according to the reg. 8.4 of the Statutes.
E. Finances
The accounts 2010 and 2011, the reports from the elected auditors and from the
professional auditor have been sent to the Affiliated Federations in July 2012. They have
been approved by the Council.
The quadrennial plan 2013-2016 as well as the auditor's report were sent to the Affiliated
Federations in July 2012. The quadrennial plan has been approved unanimously by the
Executive Committee.
